Prellis.com represents the extended family of Prellis Real Estate Companies, including Property Management, Escrow, Real Estate School, Mortgage and Real Estate.  Suprisingly, this real estate related group of companies posted strong growth in the first  quarter of 2009. 

The Property Management Division, Prellis Property Management, serving the greater Los Angeles areas, post the greatest growth for the Firm.  The Property Management Division has been acquiring HOA and Association Management Accounts on distressed and troubled associations and continues to perform successful “turn-arounds”.  Within a 90 day term, the Prellis Management team successfully turns an unprofitable and struggling HOA into a much stronger and viable HOA organization.  Shannon Greene and Ron Prechtl have together turned associations that their boards had written-off as “hopeless”, into vibrant organizations. 

Walnut Gardens II, a 190 unit HOA in The San Fernando Valley, was acquired last year, with record levels of defaults, deferred maintenance, neighborhood crime activity and a board that was being voted out.  Within 90 days, the Association was in the black; within 180 days, nearly all the extreme deferred management was corrected and today, the association boasts a cohesive board that serves the Homeowner’s needs, while planning ongoing improvements to the physical common space.
